A few weeks ago, we heard something scuttling in our apartment. Now, whatever it was is definitely DEAD and it absolutely stinks. But we can’t find it..it must be a rat or a mouse. How can we go about finding it so we can get rid of it?
If we must call a pest control company to find it, how much money does that usually run?

We have a puppy, but she doesn’t even seem to notice the smell.

I have about 3 lizards in my apartment 3 times a week. I had a salamander in here yesterday. I always have everything closed up, as well as tape under the front door so they can’t come under. My hubby is in Iraq and i am TERRIFIED of bugs. I live in beautiful apartments, and so it’s not like its a crappy place in a crappy area or anything. I have finally told the landlord and she’s asking pest control on what to do. While i wait for that answer, is there anything else i can do in the meantime or does anybody have knowledge on this that they can share? Its so disgusting! I fear being in my house during the day because i feel like i am going to see another one. Help!!!! Thankyou all.

My new place is roach free and I’m wanting to try and move no roaches with me. My idea is to get a bunch of vacuum seal bags, put stuff inside, then vacuum out the air and let it sit till they die, then unload. Does anyone know how long roaches can last without air?
